A Full Body Workout at least twice a week (3 is better) is the best way to see results from your time exercising.
Total Body Workout will hit all of your muslces
This Total body workout is part of a fat burning workout plan, but can be used for anyone looking to build some serious muscles!
We are gonna pick up the pace in this WOD with strength training using Resistance Bands
and alternating to some cardio exercise. I also suggest using a Interval Timer
to know when your cardio exercises are finished
Exercise 1: Squats x15
Exercise 2: Jumping Jacks x 1 minute
Exercise 3: Lunges x15
Exercise 4: Running is place x 1 minute
Exercise 5: Arnold Shoulder Press x 15
Exercise 6: Plank Jacks
Exercise 7: Reverse Grip Bicep Curls x 15
Exercise 8: Jump Squats x 45 seconds
Exercise 9: Pushups x15
Exercise 10: Reverse Burpees x 45 seconds
Exercise 11: Front & Side Lateral Raises x 16

This is a double circuit workout… Go through the first circuit which will be the with the suspension straps and move to the second that will use the medicine balls, then repeat that same sequence.

Reach and Touches :45 seconds each arm

Over Head Medicine Ball Slams x25
Med Ball Lunges x10

Workout of the Day April 10th, 2012
Here’s the workout for April 10th…
Circuit Workout- Each Exercise is to be done back to back with a 90 second rest at the end of each exercise for 4 rounds.
Exercise 1:Plyo Pushup
Can be done from the knees, half plyo with clap, or full plyo feet and hands off the floor
Exercise 2: Medicine Ball Box Jumps
Exercise 3: Medicine Ball Slams
Reps: 50 (25 over head + 25 from left and right angles)
Exercise 4: Wall Balls
Do this for 4 rounds resting 90 seconds in between each round.
